Maybe you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, worry, depression, you want to learn to manage life better, to feel more in control, more like your “self”.
Maybe you are a parent and concerned about your child. You want to be the one to help them, but feel at a loss as to how, you want so much to guide them through the challenges of growing up, but you need help reaching them. You want them to have someone they can trust and open up to, and also help guide you in re-connecting with them, and parenting them through these hard times.
